Valentina Passalacqua is a natural wine producer in the Italian Gargano. According to the region’s ancient practices, her winery apply viticultural practices with the least intervention possible and let nature express herself. Their wines ferments on its own with native yeast, naturally occurring in the wind. Using various fermentation vessels, they allow each collection of wine to express itself in the most natural way possible. Valentina describes her wine collection as “Wines that express femininity, emotionality, and fragrance. With this collection, I want to convey the brighter, more colorful and playful side of my art and the basics of the Peaceful Living philosophy”.
