Eaten Alive Hot Sauces are the products of two chefs who bonded over shared passions of food, travel and fermentation. Glyn and Pat have spent more than 20 years in some of the country’s best and most fun restaurants and food businesses.
There are thousands of hot sauces available to buy, but only a handful have been through the fermentation process which gives addictive, satisfyingly savoury characteristics, complex flavours and a rounded chilli heat. The Eaten Alive team ferment and mature each batch of sauce for up to six months to ensure the amazing flavours. Bio-live, vegan, made in London and totally addictive.
