Amarilis, one of the founders, had been a big consumer for years in her profession as a singer. A magic potion she could no longer do without. In 2014, in parallel with her job as a singer, she decided to start developing recipes with her brother Raphaël and started the adventure in a market place. You can still find their juice on the weekly market in Lausanne every Saturday.
