Fiorentini Alimentari was founded in 1918, when Leonildo Fiorentini opened his shop in Turin. His son Vittorio expanded the business by introducing exotic food products that were uncommon at the time, such as couscous and azyme bread. In the mid-1970s, Roberto and Adriana Fiorentini led a major turning point, shifting the company from retail to wholesale and expanding the range to include healthy and macrobiotic products. From 2002, with the Birko S.r.l. plant, the company began producing organic foods, snacks, and bread substitutes. Today, the fourth generation continues to focus on innovation, sustainability, and certified quality.
