As a traditional family business, Lütolf has a strong connection to the region and is the place to go when it comes to Swiss maize as a raw material. For over 20 years, cultivation contracts have been made with over 200 farmers from the Rhine Valley, Principality of Liechtenstein, St. Gallen, Appenzell and Thurgau regions. With a historical background of almost 400 years, the Rheintaler Ribelmais is the most traditional maize variety that Lütolf grows and processes into specialities. The homemade maize specialities are innovative, unique, sustainable, gluten-free, vegan and taste great.
