In recent years, apple cider vinegars (ACV) have become increasingly common: often imported, sometimes pasteurised. At Öpfi, we chose a different path. Since Switzerland is our orchard, we decided to create our own organic apple cider vinegar, in collaboration with Valais apple growers and fermentation experts. The result: a 100% Swiss brand focused on well-being, without compromising on taste.
