Turicum’s story began in June 2013 when the current managing directors Merlin Kofler and Oliver Honegger decided to develop their own gin. Together with two friends, they put this idea into practice within two years. The development focused on one thing above all: they wanted to design a gin to honour their homeland’s character: Zürich. The unique flavour is obtained through the re-distillation in traditional stills in the presence of all-natural ingredients and water, with no additional sweetening.
