Made using traditional Japanese methods, Clearspring Organic Reduced Salt Brown Rice Miso is fermented to develop a mild yet deep umami flavour. Crafted from whole soya beans and brown rice, it offers a rich, wholefood nutritional profile with less salt than our signature Brown Rice Miso. This unpasteurised miso is a living product, packed with beneficial enzymes and probiotics. Natural fermentation may cause the lid to bulge or harmless white yeasts to form—simply skim off and enjoy.
