The Gents Bitter Lemon is the perfect refreshment throughout the day. It contains gentian from Jura, natural quinine and meadowsweet, a Swiss herb with the flavour of bitter almonds. This herb adds nuance to the bitterness of the drink. A base of lemon juice and the flavour of Sicilian lemons known from tonic water, plus a hint of grapefruit and some sugar from Switzerland.
Recommendation: Gents Bitter Lemon tastes best with vodka or as “Willibitter” on a Swiss Williams brandy. And of course as a refreshment throughout the day.

Gents
The Zurich start-up Gents was founded by journalist Hans Georg Hildebrandt, a passionate culinary expert. In 2012, Gents launched their Swiss Roots Tonic Water. All recipes are based on Hans’ knowledge of cookery and herbalism he had accumulated over the years. The range now includes a bitter lemon with meadowsweet, a ginger ale made from two African ginger varieties and a ginger beer with Peruvian ginger.
