Henri Cruchon ‘s Altesse Nature is a Swiss natural wine that cannot be compared. 100% altesse grape variety and certified Demeter (biodynamic cultivation). Although rarer in Switzerland, altesse is a native variety of Savoy and the shores of Lake Geneva and an ancient relative of the famous Chasselas. Naturally straw yellow in colour, it is a delicate wine with notes of yellow flowers, citrus fruits and a hint of honey on the nose. Fresh, pure and easy to digest. The natural range #lesfillesvinifient is entirely worked biodynamically, without filtration, and without added sulphite in the vineyards of the Morges region. As its name suggests, it is produced by the new female generation of the Cruchon family. It is also with an artist that they collaborate for their unique labels, Kim Straele.

Henri Cruchon
Henri Cruchon is an estate located in Echichens, near Morges, which is run by three generations of the Cruchon family. The Vaudois vineyard is one of the oldest in Europe and the Cruchon family cultivates with passion more than fifteen grape varieties, most of them biodynamic. The new generation of the Cruchon family is all female and this is where the #Lesfillesvinifient (which translates as "the girls make wine") range comes from. It is a small range and production of natural wines grown completely biodynamically, without filtration, and without added sulphite. Meeting Catherine Cruchon (the oenologist) at her winery, we fall in love with these poems in bottles whose stories she tells us and we look forward to sharing them with our community.
