The Wood Barrelled Gin by Turicum is distilled in the heart of Zurich and stored for several weeks with a selection of cedar, sandal and oak wood. In addition to its amber-colored exterior, this gives this London Dry Gin a special depth paired with notes of vanilla and cocoa.

Turicum's story began in June 2013 when the current managing directors Merlin Kofler and Oliver Honegger decided to develop their own gin. Together with two friends, they put this idea into practice within two years. The development focused on one thing above all: they wanted to design a gin to honour their homeland's character: Zürich. The unique flavour is obtained through the re-distillation in traditional stills in the presence of all-natural ingredients and water, with no additional sweetening.
