This natural white wine Serenita by Valentina Passalacqua is made with the bombino grape variety. Spontaneous fermentation of 6 days in steel, without contact with the skins (direct press) or temperature control. Not filtered. Aging for 6 months in steel tanks. The result is this fresh, crisp, high in acidity, mineral expression of the bombino grape. It’s a great afternoon or aperitive wine that will make everyone happy!
