A concentrate of travel in all your dishes, this is the promise of Kazidomi’s delicious tamari soy sauce made according to ancestral methods. It is in its land of origin, Japan, that Kazidomi went to find this soy sauce emblematic of Asian cuisine.
Tamari sauce is derived from the long fermentation of soy beans. But unlike soybeans, Tamari sauce does not contain wheat. It is therefore a purely fermented soy sauce, which gives it a stronger and spicier flavour, and is therefore 100% gluten free. Try it in your noodle dishes, wok-fried vegetables, vinaigrettes or marinades, it will work wonders!
