Marshmallow (55 %) (sugar, glucose fructose syrup, water, maize starch, dextrose, gelling agent: carrageenan, hydrolyzed rice protein, ground vanilla bean (0,2 %)), dark chocolate (45 %) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavour: vanilla).
Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 52 % minimum.

Mallow Puffs is a Belgian-based company founded by Gunther and Marteen. The two have been making premium marshmallows for many years, and their new goal was to create a vegan marshmallow alternative. It was a big challenge as the gelatin needed to go but the puffiness needed to stay. After two years, the pair finally came up with what they believe is the perfect mix of taste and bounce. The secret? Air! Loads of it is whipped into all their marshmallows to make them super-puffy.
