In this SMOWL recipe, we have combined coconut water and coconut milk, a blend of four berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants and Inca berries) together with chewy wholegrain oats, quinoa and linseeds for a smooth yet crunchy texture.

Brave Foods' story begins on the shores of Lake Michigan; back when the founder of SMOWL was still working for a large food corporation. Until the urge to embark on a new adventure started to become irresistible: creating his own food start-up. He was dreaming of a nutritious and delicious but most of all convenient snack full of superfoods.
