This Apple and Quince Cider by Domaine la Colombe is an absolute gem and a unique take on quince in Switzerland. Laura Paccot, the 4th generation to look after the family domaine, had the idea to uses the apples and quinces that grow on their vineyard and to create a 100% natural sparking cider. Sparkling, delicate, with beautiful tasting notes of quince. The bottle and label couldn’t be more representative of this poetic experience. You can think of this as the “pet-nat” version of cider!

Paccot Domaine La Colombe
Meet Paccot Domaine La Colombe. The Paccot family has been producing wine in Féchy, a tiny village in Switzerland situated in the hills of the Côte Vaudoise, for over 60 years.
Since 1999, the biodynamic approach was brought in progressively in Paccot Domaine La Colombe and is now used throughout the vineyards. This translates by carrying soil maintenance out mechanically, without any chemical herbicides or insecticide in order to preserve the soil’s microbial life. Products used to protect the vineyard are limited to Bordeaux mixture, sulphur, biodynamic preparations and infusions made from plants like nettles, horsetail and yarrow. Harvest is done by hand.
Nowadays, Laura is the 4th generation to take over the activities of the winery. We love spending time with her in the vineyard or the cellar to discover her take on biodynamic Swiss wines and excited for our community to discover this amazing local domaine.Brand's website
