This natural red wine Gratitudime by Valentina Passalacqua is spontaneously co-fermentation in steel with the skins in Puglia, Italy. There is no filtering or temperate control to ensure that nature takes its course. Bright red in color, it is intensely mineral and combines the energetic fruit of Primitivo with the bitter and herbaceous side of Negroamaro. This wine is fruity and earthy, with a good finish.
