This natural white wine Serenita by Valentina Passalacqua is made with the bombino grape variety. Spontaneous fermentation of 6 days in steel, without contact with the skins (direct press) or temperature control. Not filtered. Aging for 6 months in steel tanks. The result is this fresh, crisp, high in acidity, mineral expression of the bombino grape. It’s a great afternoon or aperitive wine that will make everyone happy! Made in Puglia Italy by a woman winemaker.

About this wine: alcohol content is 11 %. Made with 100% Bombino. Best drinking temperature is between 08-10C. Contain sulfites.
