The Sintonia by Valentina Passalacqua is a natural rose with a bit of funk. It’s a great expression of the Nero di Troia grape variety. Made by spontaneous fermentation of 6 days in steel, without contact with the skins (direct press) or temperature control. Not filtered. Aging for 6 months in steel tanks. A rosé characterized by great structure and elegance. Find aromas of fresh red fruits, a vertical palate, and the typically long and austere finish of Nero di Troia.
