Boréal Coffee Roasters was founded in 2009 after the founder spent some time in Australia where he discovered specialty coffee and was surprised by the “ultra-balanced” taste. After a whole year of testing most coffee shops in Brisbane, he wanted to bring back this unique taste to Switzerland. His goal: to bring specialty coffee to everyone through welcoming coffee shops serving self-roasted coffee. Here, you will find some of their coffee beans from their roasting location in Geneva.
