Boréal Coffee Roasters was founded in 2009 after the founder spent some time in Australia where he discovered specialty coffee and was surprised by the "ultra-balanced" taste. After a whole year of testing most coffee shops in Brisbane, he wanted to bring back this unique taste to Switzerland.
