Edyta, one of the founders, introduced to us the “Happy Maple Goût Riche” as the most familiar maple flavour out of all their products and she wasn’t wrong. We were hooked from the first drop! Although Happy Maple is a Swiss brand, the maple syrup itself comes from a single-origin family run sugar bush in Northern Québec called “Erabliére des Aigles” and is certified 100% pure organic. And this perfectly balanced syrup is not just for pancakes: did you know Canadians use it in pretty much everything? The founders recommend trying it to make extra special salad dressing for example or even in a marinade.
