Ella’s, founder of Deliciously Ella, tips: “This is probably the best pasta I’ve ever cooked with, I use it a few times a week at least. I love how delicate it is, it means the sauce really coats each strand of pasta and I find the flavour of the sauce recipe really sings. I love it with a veggie ragu (our mushroom and walnut one is perfect!), with peas and pesto or with a simple, spicy harissa and yoghurt sauce.”
