The idea for their small business came to them as they discovered the philosophy of ‘slow living’ when moving to Switzerland and formed a closer connection to the food through the local markets. They decided to create delicious treats based on our modern values – plant-based, natural, and wholesome. Today, the team comprises some amazingly experienced and talented Patissiers from the Léman region. Together, they’ve grown the company from a market stand to sales in over 5000 shops and beyond.
